I ordered from vegaauto and the checkout itself was smooth. The cart updated quickly, I didn’t have to keep retyping my info, and the payment went through without any annoying errors. I got the confirmation email right away too. The only thing is I kind of felt ignored when I had a small question and didn’t really get much of a response. Still, the ordering process worked like it should.

"Prices felt a liiittle unfair"
I was looking up a part on Vega Auto and the price seemed higher than a few other places I checked. Then the shipping cost got added on and it felt even wooorse. The site itself was okay to use, nothing too confusing, but I just didn’t really feel like I was getting a fair deal.

Ordered a couple parts from vegaauto and they turned out better than I was expecting. Everything looked clean, felt solid, and fit right without me having to mess with it too much. Been using them for a few weeks now and havent had any issues so far. Def feels like decent quality, not cheap junk. I'd order from them again...

I got this a while back and it fit like it was supposed to, so no issues there. After a few months though, the edges started looking worn, which was kind of disappointing. It’s not awful or anything, and maybe it depends on how you use it, but I thought it would hold up a little better.

"Refund was handled without hassle"
I ordered the wrong part from vegaauto.com, which had me mad at myself because I should’ve double-checked before hitting buy. I reached out to support expecting the usual back-and-forth nonsense, but they got back to me the next day and started the refund without turning it into some big ordeal.
The money showed back up on my card after a few days, so I can’t really blame them for anything here. I was already annoyed thinking this was going to be a headache, but they actually handled it smoothly. I’d use them again.

I was disappointed when this showed up. The packaging was not great, the box was crushed, and some of the parts were loose inside. It kind of feels like not much care went into packing it properly before sending it out...

and I used vegaauto once, and it was okay overall. The price was a little cheaper than a few other places I checked, though once delivery was added, the savings weren’t that much. The product arrived fine and worked like it was supposed to, so no complaints there. I just felt like the overall value could’ve been a bit better. I’d maybe use them again if the price made sense

I accidentally ordered the wrong part from Vega Auto and had to return it. I was expecting the return process to be a hassle, but it was actually straightforward, and they got back to me within a day. The only thing that didn’t quite match my expectations was the refund timing. It took about a week after they received the item, which wasn’t terrible, but I did end up checking in once because I thought it might be quicker. Overall, it was a decent experience and I’d probably order from them again. I’d just like to see faster updates during the refund process

I ordered a part from Vega Auto and, i was a little nervous it might not fit my car. I’ve had that happen with other sites before, so I was kind of expecting a hassle. But I entered my car details, they showed me the part, and yep, it ended up being the right one. It went on easily, no messing around and no extra trip to the shop. Shipping was fine too, but really, the fitment was the main thing for me. Happy with it.

The car itself was totally fine, no real issues there. But trying to get help afterward was a pain, honestly. Replies came late, late enough that I had to follow up twice just to get things moving. It wasn’t awful, but it was frustrating, really frustrating.

"Checkout page made me hesitate"
I was close to placing an order on vegaauto.com, but once I got to the payment step, I backed out. Maybe I’m just being cautious, but the tone and layout of the page made it feel a bit unclear, and I couldn’t easily find information about how my card details would be protected. It might be totally fine, but it didn’t give me enough confidence to finish checking out. I think they’d seem a lot more trustworthy if they added clearer payment security details and made the checkout page feel more polished.
